Reading Well helps people to understand and manage their health and wellbeing using helpful reading available from public libraries.
Building on the success of our 2013 adult mental health scheme, we’re launching a new booklist to support people living with common mental health conditions, and their relatives and carers. The list covers individual conditions as well as general symptoms and personal stories from people with lived experience of mental health needs.
The leaflets provide the full book list of 36 titles, information about other resources available in libraries, useful links and signposting to other sources of support.
