SOLD OUT Celebrate 40 years of Poppy and Sam in 2025 with a Find the Duck library pack!

First published in 1985, Poppy and Sam and their animal friends have enchanted generations of children. It is one of Usborne’s longest-running series, which now includes picture books, story collections, sticker, activity, magic painting and cookery books, games and jigsaws – all with the famous Little Yellow Duck to spot on every page.

Usborne Books is offering libraries across the UK 40 Find the Duck event packs, which include:

  •        1x plush duck toy to hide
  •         1x Poppy and Sam standee
  •         1x Event Celebration pack containing activities and ideas to celebrate
  •         X1 string of bunting
  •        1x A3 poster which can be used to promote an event
  •         Activity sheets
  •        ‘I found the duck’ sticker sheets 

You can order these brilliant packs until 1 March (but they may sell out before this date).

Orders for one pack per library only. If you are ordering more than one pack (to disperse to other libraries in your region) you need to also email  .kathleen.ktorides@readingagency.org.uk to notify her of the individual library names that the packs will be used at. Alternatively, you can do individual orders for each library in the shop.

Please note, if you order a Find the Duck POS pack you are agreeing to use the materials within your library and to send photos of your Find the Duck display and feedback. We’d love to see photos using #PoppyandSam on social media too.

Packs will be dispatched to libraries by the end of March for use from April onwards.
