Reading Well Books on Prescription helps people to understand and manage their health and wellbeing using helpful reading available from public libraries.
Building on the success of the three existing schemes, a book list has been developed for people with long term health conditions, and their relatives and carers. The titles provide information and advice to support living well with a long term condition. The list covers individual conditions such as diabetes and stroke, as well as common symptoms such as pain and fatigue.
