To celebrate the publication of The Christmas Pig by J.K. Rowling, we invite you to run a Bring Your Toy to School Day on the 13 October 2021. This day could include show and tell and drawing activities. We have created an exciting pack to help you celebrate!
These packs contain:
- 2 x A3 posters for schools to advertise “Bring your toy to school day”
- 30 x The Christmas Pig bookmarks
- Instruction sheet containing link to:
- Details on how to tune in to special J.K. Rowling video featuring her favourite toy!
- Downloadable colour-in Christmas Pig and Draw your Favourite Toy activity sheets
The first 10 schools to sign-up with receive a copy of The Christmas Pig for their school library.
You can order these exciting packs until 20 September (but packs may run out before this date).
By signing up you are agreeing to use these materials around 13 October 2021 for Bring Your Toy to School Day and to provide photos and feedback by 12 November – of displays and activities in the classroom using #TheChristmasPig and #BringYourToyToSchoolDay and tagging @HachetteKids and @readingagency.
Orders for one pack per library only. If you are ordering more than one pack (to disperse to other libraries in your region) you need to also email Kimberley.Sheehan@readingagency.org.uk to notify her of the individual library names that the packs will be used at. Alternatively, you can do individual orders for each library in the shop.
Please note, if you do not include a library or school name and use a personal email address your order may be cancelled.
The publisher will be dispatching your resources. They will receive a dispatch list with your contact name and work address (which you give) for delivery. They will only deliver the pack requested and the dispatch list will then be deleted after the packs have been sent.
