Libraries, colleges and bookshops are invited to join the countdown to Hay Festival Winter Weekend for a chance to WIN an online pass and a book bundle.
200 promotional packs are available to request until 12pm on 3 November.
Packs (English and Welsh) include:
- Pack of bookmarks
- A3 and A4 posters
- A box of leaflets

Join us for Winter Weekend from 26–30 November 2025, taking place in the grounds of Hay Castle in the renowned booktown of Hay-on-Wye. More than 70 acclaimed writers and performers take part in over 60 events, launching the best new fiction and non-fiction, offering creative solutions to some of the biggest challenges of our time, and spreading festive joy in conversations, candle-lit storytelling, comedy, music, and workshops.

Please note, if you order a pack you are agreeing to use the materials within your library and to share photos and share feedback of how you used the materials by the deadline date.
The festival will be dispatching your resources. They will receive a dispatch list with your contact name and work address (which you give) for delivery. They will only deliver the pack requested and the dispatch list will then be deleted after the packs have been sent.
